Do you know the four actionable steps to achieve long-term, sustainable results for your Agency?

How would you rate the health of your organization?

Really Bad

We are really independent individuals who promoted because we are really independent and competent individuals. But we do our own thing, don’t honestly care what happens to other team members areas, and don’t have any desire to hold each other accountable let alone discuss real issues.

Not So Bad

It’s not that we don’t like each other we just are busy. Limited resources. Life work balance. Some of us are looking for other jobs. We put on a good front for the rest of the agency but we could certainly do better.

Meh

We have weekly staff meetings. Does that count? We kinda trust each other but often wonder what the real intentions of the other team member is. We go to lunch together a few times a month and we look forward to the annual 2 day offsite where we play golf on the second day.

Not your Grandmothers Team Building

We know Public Safety leadership teams. We know what works and what will make the next social media meme mocking the offsite. Your time and dedication is important to us. We won't waste your time or money.

We can help!

We can help your team increase trust, disagree with purpose, clarify commitment, hold each other accountable, and see awesome results. Easy concepts but really hard to do. But committing to addressing these concepts and overall organizational health will reduce team turnover and sucky agencyitis.
